Trumpeter 01604 1/72 IL-28

"Il-28 Beagle" Russia's first mass-serviced tactical jet bomber. The test flight took place on August 8, 1948. In 1950, he served in the Soviet Air Force and Navy for thirty years. Its design has a traditional, straight wing, two under-wing engines and a tail turret. It is exported to 20 countries. It is modified with reconnaissance aircraft, torpedo aircraft, anti-submarine aircraft, and target aircraft, and has about 2,000 aircraft. In Egypt, about five Soviet-made Il-28s have been used to date, but more than 650 Chinese-made H-5s are in service in China, North Korea and Romania.
