Shipping Method Overview

Please keep in mind that our order processing time is dependant on where the items are in stock at the time you place your order see details under "When will my order Ship?" below

Shipping estimates are from when your parcel is collected by the courier.

If a shipping method does not appear at the checkout, it is not available for your postcode

* Transit times are estimated by the carrier and are subject to change, delivery times may vary in peak periods and are outside the control of Metro Hobbies.

*** Orders sent with Australia Post will be taken to your local post office if you are not home at the time of your delivery. Startrack and TNT orders will be returned to their local Depot and delivery will be attempted again the following day. Once delivery has been attempted twice it will be held at their depot or returned to sender (RTS). RTS will incur a fee, payable by the customer before we resend the order.
Couriers Please orders will be taken to an authorised Collection Point outlined by couriers Please- the recipient will need to show a valid form of ID to collect the item.
**** Express shipping refers to the delivery method your order is posted, and does not speed up our handling time.

We do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible!

Handling times are dependent on the stock location at the time of purchasing.

When will my order ship?

You will receive a tracking number around 6 pm on the day your order is dispatched. Sit tight and get excited, good things come from Metro Hobbies!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number from the provider that we have shipped with. In most cases we will ship with Australia Post, their delivery time frames are listed below.
