The battleship Kongo, which was the most active of the 12 battleships owned by the Japanese Navy! The first Kongo-class battleship "Kongou" was built in the United Kingdom with the world's first 36-centimeter-mounted gun, and after two refurbishments, participated in the major naval battles of the Pacific War. Taking advantage of his speed, he is active in various fields from the direct defense of the aircraft carrier task force to the bombardment of land facilities. In November 1945, it sank in the Straits of Taiwan after being hit by a submarine.


  • Reproduced the Battle of Leyte Gulf in the latter half of 1945, when anti-aircraft armament was maximized against the US military's air superiority.
  • The hull color is reproduced with a molding color that imitates the darkest "Sasebo Arsenal color".
  • The wooden deck and linoleum deck are made up of parts that are separated by each color tone, so masking work is drastically reduced for painters!
