This model kit set from Fujimi allows you to build your own fleet of eight destroyers and eight helicopters, to reproduce the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force's 1998 Third Escort Group! Included are the DDH Haruna, DDG Myoko and Shimakaze, DD Mineyuki, Sawayuki, Hamayuki, Hamagiri and Setogiri. Eight SH-60J helicopters are also included, as are decals for the ship numbers and landing marks (as well as the white line on the Shimokaze's side and the helicopter deck frame of Myoko). A model of the flagship Tachikaze is also included.
