Border Models BF-004 1/35 Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Vb

The Supermarine Spitfire was one of the most famous fighter aircraft of World War II and became a symbol of the British Royal Air Force (RAF). The Mk.Vb version, produced from 1941, was armed with a pair of 20 mm Hispano guns and four 7.7 mm Browning machine guns. This type played a vital role in the battles over occupied Europe, the Mediterranean and North Africa and was one of the mainstays of the RAF until the arrival of the newer versions of the Spitfire.

The Border Model 1/35th scale kit provides an exceptionally detailed rendition of the Spitfire Mk.Vb in a scale that is unusual among aircraft, but allows for a very fine and realistic execution of surface detail. The model offers a high level of accuracy and is aimed at the discerning modeller who wants to create a truly distinctive piece for their collection.
