Boeing 307 Stratoliner was an American low-wing transport and passenger plane that was first flown in 1938. In total, about 10 copies of this machine were built. The plane was 22.6 meters long with a wingspan of 32.63 meters. The drive was provided by four Wright GR-1820 engines with a power of up to 1100 HP each. The maximum speed was 387 km / h, with a range of 2,800 kilometers.

Model The 307 Stratoliner was developed by Boeing as a passenger version of the B-17C strategic bomber. Both planes had the same wings, landing gear, tail and power units. The 307, however, received a significantly changed hull with a pressurized cabin. Of course, this model was dedicated to the civil market. It was assumed that it would be able to fly at altitudes of up to 7,000 meters, and passengers would not have to wear oxygen masks, thanks to the use of appropriate compressors. Despite the fact that the Boeing 307 Stratoliner turned out to be quite a successful aircraft, the imminent accession of the United States to World War II and the reorientation of Boeing plants to the production of bombers prevented further development of production.

This is a plastic model kit, which comes unassembled and unpainted. So glue, model paints and other basic modelling tools are additionally required.
