The Bristol Bullfinch is a prototype military aircraft developed in England in the 1920s. After World War I, in order to meet the Royal Air Force's demand for new single-seat fighters and two-seat reconnaissance aircraft, Bristol could choose from a single base design for a monoplane single-seat fighter and biplane two-seat reconnaissance aircraft versions. The Royal Air Force, believing that this proposal would lead to cost reductions, initially ordered three aircraft from Bristol. The two-plane Bullfinch-I, a monoplane, flew for the first time in 1922, while the Bullfinch II, a biplane, flew for the first time the following year. Although the monoplane type was highly evaluated, the plan was canceled because the compound-wing type was unpopular due to its excessive weight.

This model kit from Avis is a completely new mold! Decals for one version and transparent film for the windshield are included.
