1S91 SURN KUB Radar is the designation of the Soviet, and now Russian, mobile radar system intended primarily for tracking air targets from the Cold War and modern times. The production of these radar systems started in the 1960s, initially intended for the Soviet Army, and later also for export.

The 1S91 SURN KUB Radar is dedicated to the 2K12 Kub surface-to-air missile system (NATO code: SA-6 Gainful). In essence, the presented radar system consisted of two radars: 1S11 (intended especially for targeting) and 1S31 (intended for target highlighting for the 2S12 system effectors). In addition, the system was equipped with an IFF identifier and optical observation systems. It is assumed that the system was able to track a target the size of a fighter and successfully direct the missile to this target from a distance of about 50 kilometers. The 1S91 SURN KUB Radar system was mounted on a tracked chassis weighing about 20 tons, and its crew consisted mostly of 4 people.
