Trumpeter 07439 1/72 M706 Commando Armored Car in Vietnam

The Cadillac Gage M-706, also known as the V-100 Commando or XM706E2, entered service in the Vietnam War starting in 1964, performing reconnaissance, patrol, base defense, and other security missions. It served in the U.S. Army and Air Force, as well as in the armed forces of countries such as Thailand, and later in the military police forces of various countries around the world. The vehicle's sloped rolled steel armor provides protection for the crew, offering protection against light weapons, grenade fragments, and anti-personnel mines.
