The Stryker is an 8-wheeled armored reconnaissance vehicle introduced in 2002 and used by the United States Army. The main armament in the Stryker is the 25mm M242 chain gun. Designed to be lighter, faster, and more mobile than the M2/M3 Bradley series, the Stryker has been adapted for dozens of missions. The M1132 Stryker ESV provides immediate obstacle and mine clearance capabilities to front-line infantry units with the dozer blade attachment. The fully assembled 1/72 scale model is 10.8cm long and 3.2cm wide.
