The SOC Seagull was a bi-plane, single-engine scout aircraft built by Custriss-Wright Corporation. It served for much of World War Two onboard the US Navy's cruisers and battleships. A total of 322 airframes were produced before its retirement at the end of World War Two. It could be outfitted with both floats and fixed landing gear, and its wings could fold for storage. This kit includes 54 plastic parts for assembling a set of American single-engined scout observation seaplanes, SOC-3 Seagull, in 1/350 scale. The completed models are 2.7cm long and have a wingspan of 3.2cm.
