Gecko 35GM0062 1/35 British FV18001 Mk. 1 80in 4x4 Utility Vehicle with Canvas Roof Top

The FV18001 was a British-developed vehicle based on the American 4x4 utility trucks used during World War II.
When Britain launched the "FV1800 Project" to develop and produce domestic 4x4 utility trucks after the war, a British automaker developed this vehicle in 1948. It featured an aluminum alloy body mounted on a ladder frame chassis and was powered by a 1.6L inline 4-cylinder gasoline engine.

Adopted by the British Army in 1949, this vehicle saw service in the Korean War and Suez Crisis.
