Aoshima 020482 1/24 Nissan HCR32 Skyline GTS-T Typem '89

The R32 Skyline, which underwent a full model change in May 1989, was introduced with the advertising copy "Super Sensation Skyline," and its futuristic TV commercial featuring a flying `SPACE FISH` became a hot topic.

Developed under the supervision of development manager Ito Shurei, the R32 marked a significant departure from the luxury car line of its predecessor, the R31, and a return to its roots. It was downsized to return to the original Skyline form, and combined the handling that benefited from the 901 activities with the power of the evolved RB engine at an extremely high level, resulting in a car that was described as the best Skyline ever made.

And it is this excellent quality that has led to the revival of the GT-R after 16 years.
