Background information

Introduced in 1942, the Panzerkampfwagen VI “Tiger” changed the battlefield forever. It was more heavily armored and more heavily armed than anything the Allies could muster at the time. Powered by a massive water-cooled V12 Maybach HL 230 P45 carburettor engine that produced an impressive 694 hp, the 57-ton colossus could reach up to 38 km/h.
