Trumpeter 1/32 Junkers Ju-87D Stuka

The Ju 87 Stuka dive bomber was perhaps one of the most famous dive bombers of World War II. It served as the air-to-ground support force for the Luftwaffe from the beginning of the Blitzkrieg.

The Ju 87D is the most important series in the Stuka family, and the Ju 87D-5 was the last dive bomber Stuka. It featured extended wings, an additional piece of armor on the underside of the fuselage, and replaced the wing-mounted weapons with two MG 151 20mm cannons. The Ju 87D-5 first saw combat in the Battle of Kursk in 1943.
