Unassembled plastic model in 1/72 scale of Curtiss P-40 Warhawk WWII fighter aircraft N variant, the final production version.

The P-40 series served on all fronts of World War II as the main fighter aircraft of not only the U.S. Army Air Corps but also the Allied forces. While not the most powerful, its mass-production, ease of handling, and durability made it effective in ground attack and anti-bomber combat. The P-40N was designed with a strict weight reduction and was
the final mass-produced model, with a total of approximately 5,200 aircraft produced , the most of any P-40 in the series. These aircraft were sent to the British, Australian, New Zealand, and Canadian air forces, and were also provided to the Soviet Union. The P-40N-5-CU model was equipped with a new canopy that significantly improved rear visibility.
