Vallejo 70248 Model Colour Alpine Red Army Scount 1943-45 Acrylic Paint Set

Vallejo Model Color is a range of 198 acrylic paints specially made for plastic model making.

The paints are opaque, water-based, designed for brush application. They adhere well to resin, plastics and metal. They can be mixed with each other. After drying, they are matte, brush strokes are not visible, they are waterproof and permanent.

For brush application, dilute with water or Thinner (70524). The paints can also be used in an airbrush gun when diluted 50% with Airbrush Thinner (71261 17ml, 71361 60ml, 71161 200ml).

Any repairs can be immediately corrected with water or alcohol. The range is complemented by media, emulsions, retarder, filler, decal softener and final varnishes.

The third set in the collection includes an exclusive figure in resin, scale 1/35 by Alpine Miniatures, sculpted for Vallejo by Taesung Harmms.

The figure represents a Red Army soldier, in a reconnaissance unit, and wears the standard late-war army uniform, as well as the “Amoeba” type camouflage smock, which was characteristic for these units.
