Metal Earth FCMM-JW James Webb Space Telescope

The James Webb Space Telescope, launched December 25, 2021, is the largest and most powerful telescope ever deployed. This $10 billion telescope was designed to collect light in the near-infrared spectrum which is the optimum wavelength to allow for the detection of very distant objects. In fact, the telescope allows astronomers to peer back in time to within 180 million years after the Big Bang which is even before the first galaxies formed!

This is a DIY metal assembly model kit with incredible detail made from high quality steel sheets. Each models parts are cut from one or more square steel sheets. Parts are put together with NO GLUE or SOLDERING required. Easy to follow instructions are included. Long-nose pliers and bending tools are recommended. Simply cut out the parts and bend the tabs to insert into indicated attachment points. No painting required, as most are natural metal in colour while some kits may be pre-coloured.

Recommended for ages 14 and over. Due to their small size and sharp corners, Metal Earth models should be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age.
