Like everybody, we’re doing our best under challenging circumstances and ask you to bear with us if response time and deliveries are a little longer than usual.

We are still trading online with FREE DELIVERY to Melbourne for orders over $49, and Australia wide for orders over $99. Our Box Hill store has click and collect available for customers who are permited to travel to the store.

Contactless Click and Collect

We are now offering contactless Click and Collect in Box Hill for all customers permitted to travel to the store. Our Click and Collect service is available Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 4:30pm.

We are doing our best to prioritise Click & Collect orders and have them available for collection as soon as possible; but please understand that under these challenging circumstances this may take a little longer than usual.

Repairs & Servicing

We will be temporarily suspending taking in any new repairs. All existing repairs and warranties will be completed as per normal and all customers will be contacted once completed to arrange a delivery. We will still be offering warranty on any products we sell, to organise to send back a product for warranty please contact us.

We will continue to contact all customers who have customer orders arrive in store as usual. We can arrange to have it delivered, with free delivery to Melbourne for any orders over $49. We will not be able to hold items in store for 6 weeks.

All customers who have items on hold or on layby will be individually contacted as soon as possible. If you have a hold and layby we can arrange to have it delivered, with free delivery to Melbourne for any orders over $49.

While our stores remain closed, we continue to ensure our team can fulfil your order in the safest way possible. These precautions include:

  • Frequent cleaning of high touch and work areas during and at the conclusion of every shift.
  • Physical distancing being maintained to ensure all our team members remain a minimum safe distance of 1.5m apart.
  • Wearing of face masks by all team members while at work.
  • Hand sanitiser provided at every work-station and staff to clean their hands as often as possible.
  • Requesting that any team members displaying flu-like symptoms not attend work.

Our gift cards cannot be redeemed online, however if you would like to redeem a gift voucher while our stores are closed please contact our customer service team and they will be able to redeem your voucher and arrange delivery of your order.
